Ok, it was a tough day at work – but whenever I run into a tough challenge, I try to remind myself of my epic journey up Mt. Whitney last year. Then, everything else falls into place and doesn’t seem so overwhelming anymore.

It’s a good reminder for me when I get worried about my health. Even when it seems overwhelming, my body is constantly working on healing itself. Probably better if I don’t get in the way….
